TECHNICIAN/DESIGN ENGINEER (m/f/d) in the engineering department
Your Responsibilities
As a Technician/Design Engineer, your role involves the technical execution of machine and service orders, as well as projects for the further development of the high-performance machines manufactured at our facility. Creating designs, concepts, and modifications—in compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations—is also part of your responsibilities.
By calculating and designing machine components, you will create production-ready drawings of individual parts and assemblies, as well as complete assembly and order bill of materials, and transfer them into the ERP system. You will create technical specifications for purchased parts, assemblies, and subassemblies for procurement, including technical agreements and schedule coordination as part of project management, with regular coordination and communication between the involved departments to ensure successful order fulfillment.
Working in an interdisciplinary manner with the specialist departments and, in some cases, in direct contact with customers, you will develop solutions for the further development of our product portfolio. The integration of new technologies is just as much a part of your responsibilities as the development and design of customer-specific custom solutions.

Your Profile
- You hold a degree in mechanical engineering or have completed technical training, and ideally have several years of experience in a design department.
- You are accustomed to familiarizing yourself with complex technical details and developing solutions.
- Furthermore, you are distinguished by your entrepreneurial, business-oriented, and strategic mindset.
- You have a good knowledge of standard MS Office applications and, ideally, experience with the 3D design software Autodesk® Inventor® and the ERP system Sage b7.
- We require strong written and spoken English skills, as well as a willingness to travel occasionally and attend trade shows.
