The developed digital machine iQ-assistants also create ideal conditions for technological and process control, so that process optimizations can be identified and energy saving potentials can be deduced in terms of sustainability support. In addition, our High Performance Thread- and Profile Rolling Machines offer significant potential for saving resources by form-rolling instead of turning or milling rotationally symmetrical parts. Whether grooves, slots, points or other shapes, with form rolling dies of up to 660/685 mm in length, e.g. on the AF 26, many can be formed in just one stroke. The replacement of classic turned parts by cold formed ones enables both the reduction of production costs as well as the ecological footprint to be sustainably reduced.
