PERFORMANCE INCREASE BY SIMULATION
At an existing machine of our joint customer, the Schraubenfabrik W. Rüggeberg, the feeding capacity should be increased by 50%. Approx. 60% was achieved. With the physics simulation software developed by RNA Digital Solutions the feasibility of the new feeding concept could be checked in advance and it was possible to derive valuable information for the construction of the plant. Thanks to the virtual commissioning, several hours were also saved in the workshop, thus shortening the delivery time.
